Doggy Funday 11th August
I’m very happy with how my stand went at the Forestry Commission’s Funday last week, once we’d got the gazebo up that is (in the rain of course!). The dog lucky dip was a really good hook to attract people. Most of the dogs caught on very quickly to what they had to do, but one Staffie decided to just get in the box to dig for the prizes. The home-made treats were also a hit. The FC think that they’ll hold another Funday next year, so hopefully the weather will be kinder!
I gave out lots of packs of information and cards, so I’m looking forward to next year’s day.
